Black mould in the kitchen, broken shower head, left over clothing from previous person/s in the washing machine, carpet stains, uncomfortable lounge.

It’s comfortable without being special, secure parking is a plus, kitchen is adequate. Overall the room is clean and the facilities, though a bit aged, are fine for a short term stay.
