Very loud, hotel staff hard to find, breakfast area was a disaster.

They put food out for us to eat in the morning it tasted like it was a hundred years old the waffles were definitely spoiled everything tasted like it was out of date it was the worst experience I think I've ever had eating breakfast my dad was sick all the way home

Walked into the room and it smelt heavy of pee and the beds looked to have been used.

There was mold on the wall and ceiling above the window. The shower curtain rod was falling out of the wall so the shower curtain wouldn't close (not even a little). The towel rack was also not secured completely to the wall.

Great service and amazing staff,very professional and great ammenties. Pool was very clean with room warm. But to top it off best staff and professionalism weve had staying here in the dells and weve been to Kalahari to mount olympus and Great Wolf. Not saying theyre not great as well but this is close with privacy and quieter then some of the others definitely when it comes to sleeping and comfortable. Definitely would stay here again on next trip with the great experience me and wife and daughter had. Thank you very much for the outstanding hospitality.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly. The room had normal wear and tear/ scuff marks everywhere on the furniture. The bathroom was in need of cleaning and repair. There was hair in the shower and some of the "clean" bath towels had dark stains on them. Overall there was lots of hot water which was nice and the temperature controls for the room worked great. At midnight last night there was heavy thumping in the rooms above us keeping us awake. The pool area was dimly lit. The handrail to get yourself into the pool was loose, with a rusty metal pipe sticking out of the tile next to the stairs. The bathrooms in the pool area were very dimly lit and uninviting. We did not use the laundry facilities as there was a strong weed smell when we were looking for it. The breakfast consisted entirely of carbs (waffles, bagels, and cereal) with no fruit, eggs, meat, or any other type of option available. Overall we enjoyed our experience at the Dells but were not impressed with our stay at the motel. They did offer us a room on the first floor close to the door since we had a lot of luggage. Overall I believe the price was twice as much as it should of cost based on what the motel was like upon arrival.
