The heating/ac rattled super loudly in the middle of the night and kept me awake for 2 hours, unfortunately.
It’s a shame as the hotel is lovely!

Such an elegant setting… it would be easy for the people who work here to be snobby and rude. However, this has not been the case. The parking and the layout of the city near here are quite confusing (especially with summer construction) and the people with the valet parking service have been very prompt and incredibly helpful. Staff members have found that perfect balance between professionalism and warmth! Also, the service in The Brasserie was phenomenal!!!!!
