Parking was not easy and most of all, there was no hot water at 4am when we had to leave for our flight.

The hotels AC was horrible, tried to switch rooms the next day. Otherwise beautiful hotel!

I was surprised that they did not service my room after the first night! Cmon this is a Fairmont! I had to ask them to do it! Valet service was understaffed and I had to wait 25’mins for my car upon departure.
