Stayed for 2 nights, had a great rate for both nights. Pleasant stay and very friendly staff from the front desk to housekeeping. I would definitely stay here again

Property had no elevator. We were not notified or even told until after I signed paperwork and they ran my card. When I realized we would have to walk up 3 flights and my daughter has health issues and was unable to do this I asked the front desk if there was a first floor. They said they didn't think so and I was told I was on the third floor on check in. After they found there wasn't I asked for a refund I was abruptly told I needed to contact Expedia. How is a property able to operate without an elevator or at the very least not give notice to those with reservations

We got there at 4:30 and our room wasn’t ready. We were told ten minutes but it took 40 minutes. The room smelled like mildew and the pool water was very cold and there was dirt at the bottom.

Everything was fine, except the pool. The water was freezing because something was broken and they couldn't fix it. I took the hotel just for the pool and couldn't enjoy it.

The staff were friendly and pleasant. The rooms were a big and comfortable but the maid did a bad job at sweeping up crumbs off the floor but other than that the room was comfortable and spacious. I utilize the gym which was clean the machines work and it was comfortable to be in there. The location is a minute from the airport and close to dining and basic shopping needs.
