Choosing this resort was a gift of its own. I’ve been to many other Caribbean islands but this has to be my favorite. It turned out the owner is Turkish and all meats are halal once it’s not pork. I was so glad from that on top of that many dining options plus you get to dine in at the resort near by as well which is owned by the same owner which is amazing as they got Mexican food, Mediterranean and TURKISH! yes Turkish food this trip felt like I went on a mini Turkey trip to Antalya. And yes I have been to Turkey twice! This was an amazing trip for my mother’s birthday! She was so pleased and glad that we had so many options to choose from to eat rather than only eating fish and veggies! Do not skip the Turkish restaurant at the sister hotel their Adana kababs mind blown! To know a mini Turkey is just two hours away in the Caribbean is a treat! The staff is amazing not to mention the chicken nuggets at the snack bar is way better than McDonald's which I had to go all the way Dubai to get halal ones don’t skip on those! I’m beyond satisfied from this resort would go again for sure and bring more family here! Only thing I would change is not to have the non halal meat aka (pork) near the halal meats it should be kept in a completely separate area at the buffet! Other than that all restaurants food is great at Italian their soup and spaghetti bolognese is amazing! At the seafood restaurant their shrimp tempura is amazing! There is a 24hrs cafe the tiramisu is amazing!

By far one of the best resort I’ve stayed at this far. Staff always friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Food was truly amazing compared to other resorts food. Everything was perfect. I really do not have any complaints. Thank you Corendon for being so great to my guests and I.

Our party had 8 rooms for a total of 19 people. Our room lock kept locking us out and then not locking. When we checked in, the person told us that we would have to turn the handke a certain way but not all the way because we won't be able to get in. Every day, we had an issue with the door. One day in 1 hour we had to get someone to help us 3 times. Then, in order to close the door, we had to slam it, or it would not catch, and anyone could just come in. It was a safety hazard, and we should have been given a new room immediately. I'm not told we have to juggle the lock for it to work.
None of the usb worked. I had to contact maintenance to come, and they had to unscrew the bed frame and replace everything. Service at the bars and restaurants were extremely slow. We had 1 dinner reservation for our whole group of 19, and I was given the menus (only 10) and was told to sit yourself and for me to hand out the menus. We waited over 45 mins for someone to take our drink order. The whole dinner took over 3 hours. And half of us didn't even get food.
My sister was in a different room and the room was musty and when she complained every day they told her to switch beds with the other person.
All in all, I think that the employees are lackadaisical, and this hotel does live up to the Hilton standards. For the price we paid, we expect better service! I would not stay here again.

When they say all inclusive its a very high standard. My family and I enjoyed every minute. We did not get chance to check all the compound restaurants but they can improve on proritizing guest dining for the first time or something more efficient. Wait time is extremely long to get a table and food.

All around an amazing stay. Food was delightfully good everyday, a ton of options
Resteraunts gave you an intimate dine-in experience. Walkable to downtown williamstead
