Our check in was fine however during the night there a very loud group of people in a sitting area outside below our room around 1am that woke us up and then at 6am there was a car outside in the parking lot blaring hip hop music for quite a while that woke us up again. I would not stay in this area again.

Dirty sheets ..I ask to change my bed linen and they didn't do it.they did not service the room.I regret my stay i wish i could get a refund.

4 windows in our room with seals broken on all. You couldn’t see out of them. Bathroom vent hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. It was a struggle to turn off the faucet. The hallway stank like a carpet that hadn’t been cleaned.

We stayed at the CS for 2 nights with other families staying as well. Two rooms had garbage in their room as if it had not been cleaned at all! Garbage. Never again. My personal opinion - booked thru Expedia and needed to change my reservation so I worked with them in that. I also needed to make a request for an early check-in for one day. The property refused to help me and I spent a lot of time on the phone with Expedia who also tried repeatedly to pass this request on to the property. Expedia cannot grant this particular request but they could never speak to the manager every time they called. Eventually I had to call the night before because they never responded and the front desk person put me on hold (put the phone down) and literally forgot I was there. She didn’t come back. After 12 minutes of listening to sounds from the desk, I hung up and called back. When I said hey you left me on hold for 12 minutes and never came back, she just said oh ok. It took a minute for her to say sorry and then it took another 20 minutes for her to understand what I was asking. It was difficult to communicate bc she did not speak English. She was also unpleasant. The room was not nice - toilet had a drip from the tank which made the floor wet and the carpeting and sofa didn’t appear clean at all. There is a very nice Springfield Suites down the road 500 feet. Stay there.

The King Room was big with a living room area and both fridge and microwave. Convenient for us as we were displaced from our home overnight. VERY clean. Phone didn't work to call front desk. Thermostat was on the fritz - we went from hot to freezing in a "3 degree" difference and there was no way we should have been freezing setting at 72 from 81. The girl at the front desk: I called to double-check that my ESA dog was okay. She kept talking over me and never called me back like she said she would. She did the same thing when we were checking in. She was short and clipped with us.

Not happy with our stay. Pretty sure I reserved a room with queen beds; we got double beds. Not enough towels for us (3 guests) on either night, even after we requested more. Breakfast was poor as well. Cold eggs, bitter coffee, only no-dairy creamer. Will not stay at this place again.

The rooms smelled like stale cigarette smoke and the smoke detector had plastic over it. The bathroom shower curtain rod was installed wrong and the curtain wouldn’t stay shut. The room just seemed dirty and there were random people hanging out in hallways that made my roommates feel slightly unsafe. Staff seemed very nice though.

Not the greatest
