Great location, historic, clean and very comfortable, but for $400/night you would expect better service and hospitality, and most importantly additional amenities in the rooms like water, a full minibar, and room service after 10pm

It was my first time to say there. The room is ok. The mini bar in the room was empty. No pen and paper in the room. No slippers or bathrobe. No water!!
Coffee machine with no water!!

Very elegant hotel. Staff was amazing. Very friendly. $30 daily room credit if you’re a Marriott Bonvoy member. 2 free trolley tickets and 2 free tickets to spy museum. Definitely will visit again.
