Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet the standards of a 5-star establishment. The room conditions, service quality, and overall amenities were subpar. Improvements are needed in cleanliness, food quality, and staff responsiveness. I would not recommend this hotel for those seeking a true luxury experience.

We stay in sofitel in Mexico city panama city, this time we stayed in. Washington city, but not happy, not even close to the other one we stayed, food very bad, linen smell a litle bit funny, not worth it

The hotel is located at a prefect area and is close to all the landmarks. However the property is old and the room is dusty and both the telephones are not working and full of dust. Gym is small and the facility is old. Coffee machine is not working. Though there is complimentary coffee and tea in lobby it seems the staff does not really check whether it’s finished or not. No late check out available. Highly recommend elsewhere that is cost effective.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The men at the valet/bell stand were terrific. The room was great and the bed very comfortable.
