My Air Condition did not work for 2 days, The front desk supervisor was rude to someone request to use the bathroom that was not a hotel guess

The young lady working the front desk was very polite and helpful, also the gentleman working vallet parking was very nice and helpful as well. I highly recommend checking this hotel out.
