Right next to a busy carwash was not something i expected. Limited parking but there is plenty of cheaper parking options nearby. Good hotel for a business traveler who may not focus much on ambience but not a great location for a family trip. The hotel and its staff were great.

They should remodele the beds! They are too old and we slept a little uncomfortably. The sink and shower were floded were running.For the cost of the room everything should be more up to date! The housekeeping though eas amazing!!!

Very basic for the price. Area is questionable.

The staff was very friendly and responsive. They made us feel welcome each time we walked through the door. My room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was soothing. I also appreciated the Dove toiletries.

This hotel is convenient for access to downtown Silver Spring and close to the DC border. It's an average hotel, in that, it's not new. The room I had was small and basic. Maybe I stay in too many hotels, but I'm aware of what's nice and what's not. Would I stay here again? Sure, but it would be an issue of price and convenience.

I got there late at night, parking lot was full, no other parking, the area was not clean or did it look safe. I rebooked at a different location and took the loss. Poorly advertised.

Yes, parking is 1st come, 1st serve. Street parking is available.

Normally I enjoy staying at holiday inn & suites. This one did not measure up. Older. Needs uodating

Parking is very limited, although front desk lady was very helpful to direct towards nearby public parkimg and explain how it works. Front desk staff very very helpful. Room cleanimg service staff also did a great job. The breakfast was a mixed experience, keep your outsode breakfast options open, half of the things finished and not replenished. Bread but no butter, Cereal but no milk was very annoying for quite a few on Sunday, not sure what happened since Saturday everything was good. Message to managers the consistency is important. Overall experience was not bad.
