Everyone we encountered was so friendly. Mohammed in the restaurant greeted us every morning with a smile. What a gem he is! We enjoyed our stay very much and will choose again when in the area.

I found two roaches in my roam. One fell from the lamp inside my drink. The other one was found in the bathroom. The staff comped my parking but still this shouldn’t be happening. It grossed us out.
Besides, the clerk, Carlos, who checked us in was very rude. I couldn’t understand what he was saying. After he had already lectured me that he didn’t want to repeat himself, he actually started yelling his words. It was almost comical. And all I said to him was “ I’m sorry but I can’t hear you!” - well, I had to say it twice, my bad! We stayed for four days. While everyone was friendly, he never greeted us.
I wouldn't go back nor would I recommend this place.

The Holiday Inn in Alexandria, VA is a nice play to stay at if you're looking for transportation to Washington, D.C. via the Metro because the Holiday Inn is one block away from the Metro station.
