The staff were all very nice and extremely helpful. Our room was comfortable and we had an excellent view of the city. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the seating area was very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near the Metro station and it is only a few blocks from a great selection of restaurants. My only critique was that one of the two elevators appeared to be out of service for our entire stay. In the mornings when everyone is leaving to start their day, the wait time to get on the elevator was a bit long and the rides down to the lobby were crowded with everyone trying to get down as soon as possible. Overall, I give the hotel 5 stars and would definitely stay again.

The hotel itself was on par for other Hampton Inns; however, the staff is what set this HI apart from the others! They were extremely kind and helpful! They provided recommendations on places to eat and were great with the provided shuttle! When we go back to DC, we will be staying here in the future.

Staff was great. Due to weather and some health-related mobility issues, their offer of shuttle services was really helpful. Definitely would recommend and stay there again.

Hotel was clean. Staff was very polite. The only issue was that there was only one elevator working it seemed like so it took forever.
