Rooms were not clean when we first arrived and had to go to the store and purchase cleaning supplies. No hot water for most of the time we were there and even when we mentioned it to the front desk nothing was done. On more than one occasion during our stay, we found a homeless person or a drug addict hanging out in the hallway. Also, there is no pool! It shows pictures of a fool on the website for the pool has been closed since Covid .while the front desk was amazingly nice, it did not make up for the issues with the property

Parking prices are outrageous, billing issues, elevators broken, key cards only work for 24hrs even if you have a multi night stay. kind staff, attentive, clean facilities overall.

It says parking/breakfast available but it is not free. Please don’t get confuse. It does not have basic customer service of what other normal hotels offer. Parking is $58 per day. Breakfast is $18 per head. There is no information of it while booking. Customer service is terrible. Asked for band-aid because door knob scratched my back. They asked me to come to the customer service desk while I was bleeding. Restroom did not flush in one go. Had to flush 5 times. Don’t count on sofa beds, it is as uncomfortable as it can be. Definitely not worth the price. Would not be back here anymore.

I got the wrong room keys and had to go to the lobby to change then twice. Plus the room service also took forever to get here, the rooms were cleans so overall experience was 2/5

I love that the hotel was directly next to some bike lanes and not too far from the metro station. It was very interesting and it was my first time visiting Washington DC. I did enjoy the view as well as the lobby.

I booked this hotel literally minutes after I arrived in DC and to my surprise when I got there my room was ready. I love the modern look of this hotel the room was cute my only complaint is the shower water pressure wasn’t strong enough and my sink was slow to go down. The staff was courteous.

I will absolutely choose this hotel for my next DC trip: it's reasonably priced for what you get, the staff is fantastic, the room is updated, and the fitness room is clean and spacious. O.J. Carter is a notably professional and personable staff member who clearly loves his job. I'll be back.
