I really appreciate have the shuttle available all the time. That’s why I chose this hotel.
Redoing parts of property, so no restaurant or breakfast of any kind.

The only good things about our stay was that the room was clean (although housekeeping didn't come until the last day) and the room was quiet. Everything else was very poor, due to the extensive renovations. It was inconvenient moving around the hotel, due to exits being closed. There was construction debris everywhere. The parking lots were dirty and full of potholes. We woke up one morning to what looked like sawdust all over the hallway. The hotel would have been better off being closed to complete the renovations than stay open.

Nice large room, comfortable bed. Bathroom had an odor despite looking clean. Outlet in bathroom did not work. Room was not serviced before our second night despite being requested. When housekeeping was notified, no response. Finally, picked up our own towels at front desk, garbage bags, cups at coffee and water set up in lobby, and toilet paper from a cleaning lady who couldn’t do our room because we weren’t on her list. She left a toilet brush on rug across from our room. Front desk staff did their job but not in any kind of welcoming way. Like they were doing you a favor responding. Would have to have an unbelievable deal to return to this hotel.

Room was newly remodeled, rest of property was under construction. Front desk was not in a good mood at check-in. Overall it fit the purpose, clean room , quiet.
