We left some clothes at this property and they would not forward the clothes to us in Krakow Holidy Inn overnight. They still have the clothes. Also there was a musty smell in the room.

Gym excellent. Staff helpful. Restaurant nice. Lean but meets all requirements for price location quality

Efficient check in, friendly staff, very clean and comfortable! Would stay here again, 13 min walk to centrala station, 15-20 walk to main shopping and restaurant area :)
