An average hotel near the Melbourne airport. Extremely busy place - some rooms face a weird type of trailer park. Rooms are getting a bit dated.

The entrance to the apartment from the parking area was multi level and needed more upkeep, especially for more senior, single occupants.
The rooms were well kept and the space excellent. Bed and pillows exceptional.

We liked the high standard of staff interaction, polite, friendly and helpful. Beth in reception had all of these qualities.
