Clean, convenient, basic but good. Walls and doors are a bit think so you might hear noises and smell outside smokers but if you're not fussed it's a good quick rest and go.

I cannot rate the staff as I arrived after hours, and left before opening the staff had put the heating on for us, which was very thoughtful and was greatly appreciated
The motel room was clean, bed was ok.

We booked his accommodation as it stated 1 Queen and 3 x twin beds. This was not true it had two double and when we requested at least Queen and 2 Singles we were told they could not help. Very disappointing response from the owner of this property did not want to help at all or provide what was in the room booked description.

Five out of the 6 Two Bedroom Apartments have that configuration however we have Apartment 38 which you were in that has 2 x Queen beds and a roll-away. As you booked through a third party and did NOT discuss what you needed we have no way of knowing who is in your booking. Aside from that all the other five apartments were already booked and by the time you checked in had people in them over the Easter period so I could not swap you to another Apartment due to being occupied. May I suggest calling to discuss your requirements instead of booking online and taking the chance of not getting what you actually require. It is always the best option to actually call the motel directly and where possible we can most times accommodate your needs.

Family getaway

Stayed here for 10 nights while I took a course. The location felt safe, there is a park with marked 1km track for activity in close proximity. A coffee shop next door. Train approx 600m away. The accommodation was clean and maintained with rooftop pool (great view), spa and gym (no free weights, machines only). The staff were pleasant and friendly and leave you alone. Lots of undercover parking at accommodation $18 per night. Apartment facilities very good. Oven, gas stove top, microwave and good sized fridge. Pots and pans, crockery and cutlery included. Appeared to be limited dining in the area. Would stay here again and would recommend. Good location if you need to be close to the hospital.
