It is very old and not enough elevator for that many rooms. You should expect long waiting time for the elevator to come.
Inside the room is renovated and close to public transportation. A good place to 'just sleep".

Worst experience
Posted 24 Apr 2023 on HotelsThe room was unlike the photo published. The room had a strong cigarette odor with musky smell out of carpet. The carpet and room were dirty and poorly maintained. The toilet in the room had a sewer smell. As it was unbearable to stay, we checked out after available room was found at another hotel which had cost us 2x of the price of it. This is the worst room I had experienced travelling in Japan for years. The only good experience was the staff were very helpful and understanding.

Reasonable location, not to my liking but overall not to bad.
