This was a beautiful stay, we were so close to the beach and there were so many amazing restaurants to choose from!! My only complaint is that the air conditioning would not work, even after I called for maintenance they came in to “fix it”. It was 76 degrees in our room all day so it was extremely hard to sleep and get comfortable. Other than that, it was a great stay😊

I say be careful at check in. We were charged a crazy rate on top of the normal holding fee of $100. When the room was already paid for. The hold of almost $400 dollars took always from our weekend funds. It was very inconvenient. The young lady reversed the error the guy made but the hold doesn't drop immediately so it didn't really help.

The price was okay compared to what we got. We had the view of the ocean. We have
Had a full kitchen and it seemed clean. The bathroom had hair and dirt spots but I alway travel with my own cleaning supplies so that wasn'ttoo much of an issue. The front desk was welcoming. The only huge problem was the walls/doors are paper thin we could hear everything surrounding our room and the elevators was down or was not working for our whole stay. You would wait 10 mins or more. You could take the stair but who wants to do that coming from the 8th or 9th floor?
