Nobody brought us towels. Place was pretty dirty inside . Room I paid for , room on beach overlook, was looking at another hotel not beach. When I asked I was snapped at. Parking garage code didn’t work was locked in everytime.

Thanks for posting Phillip. I want to apologize for not getting you the towels you requested. The garage recently made upgrades to the ticketing system. We have got several compliments about the new system but, there was a bit of a learning curve to get things correct. We hope to see you back.

The overall stay was great. Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. The beds were super uncomfortable and hard so it made the 2 nighta sort of miserable. They also collected 200 security deposit for both of our rooms for incidentals but I wasnt told about it until we checked in. Im not sure when that hold will be released. They also have you speak to staff to what seemed like sell you a membership or timeshare of some sort for the hotel. I didnt attend so im not sure exactly what it was. Overall the location and friendliness of staff made it a good stay.

Everything was great. Room was beautiful and check in was a breeze. I will be choosing this hotel for future visits!
