This property needs a little TLC. The first floor smelled our entire visit. A funky smell. There was a HUGE roach in the pool and the pool was dirty !! My room was over all clean. I did see some stuff in the shower like soap scum, like they didn’t wipe the shower walls off. But no mold or anything like that. When we arrived the TV wouldn’t work. We tired for over an hour to get it to work and had to end up calling for help. The bed was hard and comfy (the way I like it). The ocean view was amazing and the location is in the middle of things. Not too far a walk from Neptunes statue or the fishing pier. The staff was very nice, no matter who we passed they greeted us with a smile. You park in a garage. Self parking, which I liked. Garage is easy to get to from your room. Breakfast was yummy. Best eggs I’ve had at a hotel in a while.

Room was dirty and full of grime. Walls were dirty. Hangers were rusted. The lamp shade was busted with weird stains on it. There was grout missing from inside the shower and the area was very discolored. Rusted ring in the tube. Did not change hotels because I was only in town for two nights. Cheaper was not better in this case.

The biggest problem I had was that the fire exit on the 4th floor was unable to be opened. Management was made aware of this and 3 days later it was still broke.

I booked the room for my husband and i. He was parking his truck and they refused to check us him without him being present.

The view from the balcony were amazing at sunrise & sunset.
Staff was very helpful when we needed anything . Breakfast was always great & never ran out of anything ..

The rooms were very clean but could use some updating. Pool didn't look inviting. Looked a little on the green side. Otherwise the stay was pleasant and love the parking convenience.
