Family Visit in Vigan

The main hotel is stunning however the rooms at Annex is a bit old especially the carpets. Staff are nice & courteous but has limited knowledge about the history of the hotel and the surrounding sights. Local food items in the restaurant is good however western food items needs improvement. Location is great, very close to Crisologo street.

I booked at the annex but it was already closed when we arrived. The receptionist upgraded our party to the main building which is really nice. The entire Staff are super friendly and courteous.

Rat infested hotel

We had a horrible stay. The whole hotel is infested with rats. First, we found one in your room, which forced us to change room. Then we didn't sleep the whole night because a whole rat family was running inside the ceiling. We checked out the next morning...

The toilet won't flush. We had to use the toilet of the adjacent room.

The service was really good. The hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is clean and it feels that it’s more than what we paid for.
