5 Star staff. 5 Star hotel.
Posted 24 Feb 2024 on HotelsThe hotel is superbly finished. Wood everywhere, well lit and great overall design. But beyond the building the staff were absolutely excellent. Nothing was too much, they were ALWAYS on hand and went the extra mile more than once. We were even offered a native delicacy for breakfast on our last day ‘Tupig’. Great stay. We will certainly be back.

Clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable about the area. Facility is clean and well maintained.

Hotel itself was beautiful! Rooms were clean and the staff were professional. Just a small note to the staff: the bathroom we had in our room had an improperly fitted shower door. A lot of water leaks out. May I suggest installing a rubber seal on the glass edges to prevent water leaking out. It would surely improve guest experience. Thank you!
