I like that this property is close to the highway so my trip is easier, that they offer breakfast, that the room is clean and the bed is comfortable.

The room is very clean and the beds and shower are great. The shower, however, seemed “very” slippery so everyone needs to be careful there. Staff: Desk Clerk was unfriendly and not helpful. When I asked if we could have another room because the one assigned backed up to the elevator, he said “I don't know why you feel entitled to a room change when you used a third-party booking company-Expedia. When I told him I was an IHG 1 Rewards member he said, “then why did you use Expedia to save a few bucks”? Quite the attitude! Hopefully I will speak with the General Manager in the morning about him. I won’t share the gentleman’s name here, but I know it, and hopefully he will receive additional customer service training.

There were a few things they need to improve upon. Only 2 towels in the bathroom and not even a plastic bag for laundry. Lighting is terrible in the room and breakfast was subpar. Absolutely not worth the money I paid!
