Very friendly & helpful staff. Overall it was a terrific place to stay, especially as a takeoff & return site for a two day stay in Victoria.

We went for a special birthday trip. Sherry and her Elite team surprised the birthday girl with a lovely birthday spread of sweets and a balloon bouquet in the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful the entire trip. The room was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed for our trip including an umbrella for those rainy Vancouver days. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is in a very convenient location and rooms offer a great view of the water and the sea planes going in and out. The staff was also very helpful and pleasant in our interactions. The only downside was that the rooms were a bit outdated compared to expectation based on room cost and location amongst other top end hotels.

The hotel was very nice except for the bed. It was wallered out with a big sink hole. Something you might expect at a very cheap motel but not at a $400 Marriot
