Would stay here again! Hotel is so cute. Liked how they let us leave our bags before check in.

The Burrard was a great: Helpful staff, newly renovated room, fire pit in the courtyard.

This place is a 2 star hotel at best. It felt like a cheap apartment complex. Dirty and small. There wasn't even soap or body wash in the bathroom. Really shabby. Had awful smell. The staff were not courteous and I think one of them was sick. I had a terrible experience.
Oh there is no AC in the room. They have one of those portable AC boxes that you have to cart around the room. And it was noisy and didn't work well.
Do NOT stay here. The reviews are deceiving. I was VERy disappointed. It's a pig masquerading as a princess. You're better off staying at the Days Inn.

Rooms were clean and tidy! Staff was friendly . I love the focus on going green- that is always a plus for any company!
The outdoor area with the fir pit is so cute!
Parking is secured and easy .
Location is convenient right by the downtown area and walkable for 15-25 minutes.

It’s a great budget friendly option for staying in Vancouver. The rooms are small and the bathroom is pretty basic / slightly outdated, but for a short trip it’s not all that bad. The staff was really nice as well. I’d rather stay here and save money than overpay for some of the other options. There was mild noise from the city, but it was only through the bathroom and so keeping the bathroom door shut was all I needed to do.
