Lobby and hallways were dirth and carpets very worn. More frequent vacuuming would help but carpet replacement is needed. Furniture in lobby was too dirty to sit on. A/C in room was very loud - could not sleep with it on - and window could not be opened. Aircraft and pool area noise were annoying too.

The front desk staff was very helpful. The pool area was nicely done. The heated pool was appreciated with colder temperature. The room was relatively clean.

I cancelled the booking through Expedia and they did not contact you and I have been charged one night price!
