Check in super friendly. Room is a little outdated. The pillows are awful.

No AC, room was boiling and i just got back from Mexico so thats saying something. Had to get to the 12th floor through some sketch elevator that i was suprised actually made it each time. Room was incredibly dirty with whay looked like semen stains on the couch and cushions. Nice staff though.

If you didn't have luggage, there is always the option of taking the stairs from 12th floor to 11th floor. Excellent place to stay! Staff was amazing and the breakfast was incredible! Definitely recommend!
