Very clean room, staff was great and gave us our room extra early since we arrive from our cruise in the am. Only downside there is no onsite restaurant, or anything within walking distance with kids.

I had an extremely disappointing experience. When I booked my stay, there was no indication that the hotel was undergoing renovations. It was only after making a non-refundable reservation that I received an email informing me of the extensive renovations. Many facilities, including the restaurant, bar, and coffee shop, were closed, which was very inconvenient. To make matters worse, upon checking into my room, I found it had not been cleaned properly. The bathtub and sink were full of hair, which was absolutely unacceptable. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

For the money it’s not very great value. No breakfast. Just coffee in the am. Small room.

Most of what was advertised wasn't available for use or open. When we first got there they said it was due to renovations but you'll very quickly notice the workers on strike outside of the hotel. We took the time to speak with the strikers and found out that they were all fired so that the new owner could pocket more money. You could see those effects throughout the hotel as well. No restaurant, no pool, no garden, room service was severely limited and was brought up to you by the person working at the front desk. From the pictures I saw online to what we actually experienced, this place has become a lifeless shell of its former self
