Pinnacle Hotel is very close to Canada Line transportation and to the cruise ships. Best location for both. Quiet clean hotel, comfortable beds.

For the price paid this hotel was at best 2star......the staff Veronica at checkin was unprofessional, unpleasant, racist/discrimatory due to our color/ethnicity, rude and lacked customer service.Restaurant staff was very disgusting , unpleasant, racist/discrimatory, unprofessional and their customer service was the worst ive seen in all my travels and stays.It was very apparent we were not welcomed there and it blatantly showed.

The bike and scooter rentals on site was amazing. What a great service! The staff were great, the Restaurant was excellent.

It’s a great place to stay when leaving on a cruise. Other than the convenience, it’s really not worth the money you’re charged.

Convenient location close to stanley park and to the water...pool seemed a little old and dingy, almost dirty, but everything else was great. Restaraunt was pricey so we didnt eat, but all in all no complaints, would stay again.

Great location and staff was very friendly. Rooms are average, but good. I paid extra for a harbor view, but that view was minimal as it was partially blocked by other buildings.
