Great location, easy uber ride into city. supermarket directly across the road. Safe in room not available as key operated and hotel did not have key for it!! Running a vaccuum under the bed would have been good. Pub attached to hotel provided very good meals and service, especially the ribs, for a reasonable price.

Got absolutely no sleep due to the excessively loud band in the bar downstairs. The whole hotel shook from the "music".

The area is disgusting you cannot walk safely. There are no dining options except the one attached to hotel. The property is outdated and music was blaring from their restaurant. Walls shook. There is no elevator getting luggage up the stairs was miserable.

Only stay here if you want a concert while sleeping. The music downstairs is so loud that it shakes the room and there is absolutely no effort to sound proof it. There is also hair and grime all over, especially in the bathrooms. Be aware that the area itself is not safely walkable do to the excessive homeless and drug activity.

Very noisy and not much access to dining

Staff member at front desk was very helpful and friendly. Convenient bus outside hotel. Only problem was that I was unable to individually adjust heating in room and was told to open a window (?).

This "Hotel" should be a 1* hotel Located in a very bad area of the city with lots and lots of homeless / drugged people sometimes is very scary just to walk. Rooms looks ok, but it was very noisy from the bar and also from the outside ventilation system. Rooms facing north don't have a view either, since they look into the port administration area. Clean but not enough with so old furniture. Definitely is not the hotel I'll take in consideration again.
