Very helpful staff! Cindy was wonderful helping us with our check in and arranging transportation for us! Troy helped ship an item for me that I couldn’t take back on the plane. They were both so nice and helpful! Right across the street from Costco. So we got a couple cheap meals during our stay 😊

The property has easy access to downtown Vancouver by train. It has secure parking and the staff is wonderful! The Continental breakfast was great

This property has a great breakfast spread. The customer service was fantastic and it is a very convenient stay for those flying out of YVR.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Richmond, Vancouver, BC the night before our cruise. Their transport picked us up at the airport and delivered us to the hotel. The hotel was very nice, new and fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice and well maintained. One thing my husband would like was to have a lighter weight blanket instead . instead of the comforter. The area around the hotel is limited in places to eat. We walked over to Costco and tried to make a purchase but they only accept Mastercard. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Beds were great! We hired a Yellow Cab to get us to the cruise port with the help of the front desk. Great service!

I stayed here after arriving to YVR on late flight and was completely happy with every aspect of our stay! The hotel is super clean, quiet, and comfortable. I usually pick hotels at a higher price point, but this was much better than more expensive hotels in the area. I would stay here again if I needed a hotel close to YVR.
