Just blocks from the cruise port! Staff was friendly and very helpful with recommendations. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

This is an older hotel in downtown Vancouver. It's near the Waterfront, so convenient to the Cruise terminal. The hotel is dated, the rooms are small, but it was clean. Bed was comfortable. Check in was quick. This was the most reasonably priced hotel near Canada Place, so that's why we chose it. It was fine for one night.

Cleverly remodeled and updated property. Our room was small like a NYC hotel but very modern and comfortable. The location is ideal for a pre cruise stay as it is walking distance to the cruise port. Ther were any number of convenient pubs and restaurants. Judging from our room plus sized people would be less comfortable. The bathroom and shower was small. Taxi from the airport was. Cn 41 tip.

Small old overprice hotel….but the best value for the price in the downtown core of Vancouver. Ok for a one night stay.

The elevator is slow, small and was out of service on one of the mornings. The old window AC unit was loud and disruptive to sleep. The walls are paper thin and you can hear noise from other rooms, the hallway and elevator bank. The shower water pressure was poor and bathroom was very rundown.
The bed was comfortable, the staff were nice and the location was great.
This is fine for one night if you have no other options and want to be downtown.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Great location, close to the cruiseport. They let us check in early, no questions asked.
