I would stay here again. The location was great and easy to walk to many places of interest.
The staff were helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was great in the restaurant.
My only complaint is that the room was somewhat small, but very comfortable.

Great stay for a quick vacay in Vancouver. From check in to check out, the staff was nothing but helpful and polite. We had a very clean and spacious room that would have been serviced everyday, although we didn't want that. The amenities were great. We enjoyed the fitness center and pool almost everyday, although it rained all the time (but it's fine if you're sitting in the hot tub). Great location as well, we didn't have a car so it was easy walking everywhere we wanted to go (bars, parks, restaurants, etc). Would definitely stay again on our next trip back.

We could not get our safe to work in our room. In addition, the phone in our room went off like an alarm in the middle of night, 2 out of the three nights we were there, which was frustrating. The bed board was worn and the fabric looked damaged. On the positive side, the staff were helpful with dining recommendations and directions.

The bathtub in my room leaked water into the bedroom.
