Received email to upgrade our room to one with a view and a balcony. Ended up paying extra for a room overlooking a busy, noisy street with a balcony that was only as wide as a chair. Waste of money. Inconvenient parking area and access in and out of garage. Individuals working the breakfast room were extremely pleasant and helpful!

Dear XIN, Thanks for giving the feedback to us and let us know about the noise from the street. At the front desk, you also can ask us to have the earplugs otherwise you can ask for a room move in quiet area if it' s available.

I asked for a wheelchair accessible and told me that they gave a way my room and they can’t put me in any other room. And they have canceled my reservation. That’s is so terrible and they asked me to call my booking and they will get me another hotel room for their mistakes. That’s a low ball, and not even sorry or even said hey guys sorry for this inconvenience… that’s so low….. that’s why some time business do not progress because the way they treat people in general

Dear Alberto,We are sorry for the situation when you booked the room with us. Originally, the reservation was booked with different room type. You picked the one with no view and 2 queen beds. That is not accessible room and there was no comment from you that you need to have accessible room at all. In this case, if you booked with the accessible room, of course, we would have it for you. At checking in, we just know at that point you need accessible room. Our agent has informed you about the room and been flexible for you to cancel the reservation without penalty. Moreover, room was booked with third party, so you have to cancel through the third party too. We can't cancel it from our side. Even we cancel it, you still get charge from third party. And our agent was pretty clear with you about that. We are sorry that you didn't have good experience; however, to minimize the problem like this, in future, you always can give us a call to check if the room you book meet what you need. Thanks for your feedback.

Newly renovated. Love the vinyl flooring, clean white walls and upgraded room furniture! Very comfortable bed! ☺️

Very accessible if you want to take a bus. What I don’t like is that I or we can hear the next room what they are doing. If I have teenagers with us in the room. I don’t like them hearing the next door having sex.
