The hotel was built in 2019 so their facilities are all really new. Swimming in the infinity pool is definitely a must do. The breakfast buffet is simple, but definitely has sufficient variety

Staff was truly remarkable, top notch service made us feel very comfortable. Facilities were very modern with a fantastic view. The food was amazing, with local and western options available. 10/10 experience 👌

The staff was wonderful and courteous. They were very concerned about my luggages rhat I didn't recevied for the remaining of my trip

I live in Bali and came to Ubud for some days to stay. This was the most wonderful hotel ever! The staff was excellent. Rooms were Exceptional!! They provided you with everything. Not to mention the breakfast and food in the hotel restaurant were magnificent! The staff for breakfast was so attentive. I lost a hair tie and one of the staff began to look for it without me asking. I didn't even know he was doing this. I highly recommend staying here if you are in Ubud.

We stayed for 2 nights on New Year’s eve 2023. The breakfast buffet at Tabia restaurant was amazing with many selections. Thank you to Ayunda and Chesa for their exceptional service. Dewa Yudana, Food & Beverage Manager, deserves applause for listening to our honest feedback on the New Year’s eve buffet. He went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant, and even gave us a discount for the buffet. Hats off to Dewa Yudana! I highly recommend staying at Westin Ubud! Their staff were professional and their services were top notch.👍

We absolutely loved our stay in the Westin Ubud. This hotel is new, beautiful and peaceful. The pool was amazing and the view was gorgeous while sipping a cocktail. The family suite we stayed in was beautiful, big and clean. The Heavenly Spa is heavenly and the food is the best we have ever had at a hotel anywhere in the world. We loved every meal, the breakfast Buffett was amazing. The staff were helpful and lovely, although many did seem to be training, but that was not a problem at all. The kids club is small but clean and nice for a break and play for our kids with an attached small kids pool that was a nice touch. We would highly recommend to any young families looking for a quiet relaxing area where can chill or use as a base to adventure out on day trips if you like.
