Gorgeous little hotel nested in the trees! (20mn walk to Ubud). Bedroom was large enough for a 6-night stay and we truly enjoyed the large balcony. Bathroom was large and AC/wifi worked perfectly. Best part , as mentioned by other travelers, is the staff! They are all so nice, friendly, attentive to detail, courteous, that they really deserve a special mention! They make this place really special! Other strong points of the lodge are: 1) Spa, which is really nice, clean and with excellent professional services. 2) Food & beverages: the food was excellent, fresh, tasty and we ended up having dinner every night there. Cocktails were also very well prepared and delicious. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable! Cannot wait to go back!

I was happy as I initially got a room that was next to a group and I could hear a lot of noise. I requested for them to change it and they immediately changed my room. The rooms were clean, of course the property is in tropical area so expect mosquitoes and bugs. Prepare yourself for mosquitos all over ubud. I think the interiors of the room could be a little better, they were missing a few things like t, wifi the breakfast was also very average and issuing a lot f. Egan options. However I was overall happy with their service was poor,

Hotels.com are USELESS!

You must be joking? I tried to cancel my stay due to the current travel restrictions but HOTELS.COM are UNFAIR and MONEY HUNGRY as they wouldn't let me cancel my stay. Rest assured I WILL NEVER USE HOTELS.COM.
