The stay and room was great, but parking was an issue. When we got there there wasn't any parking and I ended up having to park a couple blocks away from the hotel.

Great hotel located within walking distance of downtown Tupelo. Plenty of dining options nearby.

The staff here were all extremely friendly! Overall amazing customer service. The bed was so comfy and I will definitely be staying here again.

Rooms need to be updated. Room smelled like old cigarette smoke.

Bathroom sink had not been cleaned. Also there was water in the ice bucket . The mattresses and pillows were absolutely horribly uncomfortable.
