The staff was over all the worst. Very unkind and rude. The over-night staff specifically would not let me check in because you have to be 21 and over and I’m currently 19. That is fine however online they gave no word of this when I first booked my room and paid for everything. It said only 18 and up.They left us stranded looking for somewhere to go and someone to help. Luckily I have loving parents who came to help me out but what if I was out of town? This inconvenience was really unacceptable they even went as far as attempting to book another room in a cheaper hotel. I feel as if this was racially motivated they were very argumentative and combative with us for no reason at all. All and all this experience was terrible and a horrible representation of your establishment.

Allen,I am so sorry you had a bad experience based on the age policy. I did pull your reservation to verify which third party website. I did confirm that our policy on this website states: Minimum check-in age: 21. Again I'm sorry for this inconvenience.

We were kept up til almost 3am with people outside our room, talking and smoking. Staff did nothing to help/

I had heard about the famous Mayo for many moons. I'm from Texas and had never visited Tulsa. I loved your hotel. Our room was gorgeous, and was very roomy. I am not sure I have had a restroom that large since I stayed in the Dorchester in London. We loved your rooftop bar as well. As far as improvements, our front door had some shuffle marks on it, and the bar area needed to be repainted. Your pillows were heavenly. We'll be back.
