They know that they are far from stations, so they provide shuttle service every 10-15 minutes. It is really convenient given that it is available all the time.
The staff and management are kind, too. Our flight to Hong Kong was cancelled at first (our first night stay at the hotel) and they were able to make necessary changes to accommodate our new travel dates. We just presented proof of flight cancellation and they accepted it.

Nice hotel. Staff nice and friendly. Hotel is quite old, but cleanliness is acceptable. The play rooms for kids are amazing. However, the arcade machine is not working properly. There's only a beach can go around the hotel. No shop or other place can go. And hotel restaurant not open for dinner. But there's free shuttle bus can go to Tsuen Wan MTR station, so not a issue for dinner or shopping. I recommend the hotel and want to stay again.

Poor quality of breakfasts and expensive. Can’t get refund after hotel and breakfast are paid, even you have to check out early

The room should've been cleaner they need a professional clean on floors in bathrooms and carpets in rooms need cleaning

The hotel needs an update on carpets and skirting as they are all stained and scuffed, it doesn’t match its 4star rating. The concierge is very welcoming and very helpful

Property is getting old.
You cannot bring back cold foods for there is no microwave to reheat foods.
