"I booked a junior suite with a direct harbor view on the 14th floor. The room was very cozy with good layout. I was able to work with the provided desk comfortably. Junior suite comes with the crown club lounge access, which proved to be a great value. The lounge staff were professional and super friendly. They knew my name after the first day and made me feel very welcomed. Teresa, Winky, Sharon, Morrice all showed great hospitality. I was able to put some work while I stayed in the lounge. The location is superb. Very close to the harbor attractions and the MTR station. There are many facilities provided by the hotel such as spa and swimming pool. I didn't have time to use either this time but the outdoor pool area looked so great and classic. I would highly recommend this property, especially the rooms with the club lounge access. The staff there truly made this stay a wonderful experience."

"The best hotel we have ever stayed at. Its the best not because its the most luxurious but its the best because of location, facilities, 24hr supermarket downstairs, jacuzzi hottub next to lovely swimming pool and a 24hr gym! Hotel staff are wonderful and the service is impeccable! Room are good size too. We love the location which is a short walk to all the sights in TST and shopping."
