Absolutely hated the valet parking situation. We like to be in and out a bit and it was really inconvenient. Felt like we were a bother to the staff.

I'm sorry that you thought valet was inconvenient however, our valet team is more than happy to park and retrieve your car as often as you like and they do it with a smile every time! With the hotel being in a prime downtown location, we must offer valet parking but we always let our guests know they can park on the street in metered parking. The room was not automatically cleaned. We had to request maid service. Other than that, the staff and facility were great.

It's a very attractive qnd modern property. Rooms are large, beds are comfortable and the bathroom is spacious and modern. The lobby 8s welcoming, the food is good, the staff is friendly and professional. The roof top bar is fantastic.

I enjoyed the view of the bay from our room. I liked that it was close to downtown, so very walkable and the staff was very friendly.

Great location, clean, loved the valet parking, nice restaurant and bar. It was the perfect place to round out our date night.

started with the guy saying if I didnt use valet parking the police would ticket me for parking on street at night--we didnt get a ticket I signed up for full service and never had my room cleaned-I even went down after first night and asked again bathroom shower had globs of hair in it

We do advise guests that if you park on the street in the metered parking that it is patrolled and anytime between 8am-8pm you could receive a hefty ticket. I'm sorry if this wasn't communicated to you appropriately. We do have heated and protected valet parking for all of our guests which does come at a cost. We are a downtown hotel with limited parking around us. I'm also sorry to hear that our housekeeping team didn't provide you with service each day. Our housekeeping scores rank amongst the highest of any IHG property and we take immense pride in our cleanliness.
