Room smelled like an ashtray when I arrived and when I told cleaning service all they did was spray air freshener. When I told the reception desk they didn't care as I was leaving a day early because of the smell. Worst stay in Townsville

Aircon and bathroom exhaust were extremely dirty.
Dust and dirt under door, in wardrobe and behind the tv.
Tv didn't work, kettle was electrically unsafe and faulty - when turned on did not turn off.
Check in was delayed and room wasn't ready by 230 - the reception did change our room on check-in so we could get in.

Location is perfect very close to everything. Staff are all nice and friendly very welcoming. The rooms are so comfy. Great value for money. Worth it!
