We booked for three nights and was not told the pool or hot tub was not operational. We would not have booked here if we had known there was no pool. The general manager was no help on the situation. We ended up abandoning our reservation, eating the money we paid, and getting a hotel somewhere else. On top of the pool, our room had one king bed with only four small square pillows. I asked for additional pillows (they were very small) and was told no. This was the least accommodating hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Hello Jessica you must be mistaken out hotel has a heated pool and hot tub both and are and have always been in working order up and running great. Also you must have the wrong hotel becuase Our hotel offers extra pillows as well as having 4 large fluffy pillows in every King room.
