On the lakefront. Great view . Walking distance to Rogers center. Erycentral .close to everything.

Enjoyed our stay at the Radisson very much . Friendly,helpful staff. Walking distance to Rogers Center.Would definitely recommend.

Pool was not open. Floor of shower was dangerously slippery. The Hop on information station was closed. Beds were very comfortable. Parking was convenient. Room had view of CN Tower. Convenient to transportation and entertainment and food

We stayed with our 4 year old and 2 year old. My mother was also staying in another room. I had messaged the hotel when I booked it and requested interconnecting rooms. No one replied to my message. There was no email address to contact the hotel. When we checked in we were not in interconnecting rooms. So a random person was between my family and my mother’s room. Obviously children are noisy so we had a noise complaint because of them. If the hotel had actually responded to my request of an interconnecting room this complaint may have been avoided. I don’t understand why you would put a random person between us anyway? Pool wasn’t open. There was no signs to say this so we didn’t know. Walked straight through to pool, no signs and doors unlocked. Another hotel guest then had to tell us it was closed, after my husband had already dipped a leg in. Service incredibly slow at breakfast. Overall a standard hotel, probably wouldn’t stay again.

I didn’t like that they didn’t openly share that their pool wouldn’t be open the weekend we were there, even though I asked several times..
