Location was convenient for the marathon but too far away from everything else.
The shower controls in the bathroom were very confusing. There should be instructions on the wall on how to use them. Staff was friendly but no information was provided on the facilities available in the hotel or in the area. TV channel guide did not work.

A lot of noise in the hall. Reported noise complaints a couple times but nothing was done

I stayed here because I was taking part in the Toronto Marathon. The hotel is a short walk away from the starting line, and easy to get back too as its close to a main subway. There are plenty of restaurants nearby but, the hotel does put on a great dinner and breakfast. The staff was very friendly and personable. Definitely would stay here again!

The bed was uncomfortable (caved in, could feel the springs) and the bathroom wasn't very clean (mold in the grout). The area is fantastic and the hotel is conveniently placed for our needs, although overpriced.

The facilities are wonderful. We were there to attend the marathon and needed to leave early in the morning. Considering this big event in the city it would have been ideal for the facility to open breakfast at 6 to support their guests. We were not able to have breakfast as we had to leave to get to the race on time to start.

Property is just a minute from the subway line and is just 25 minutes from downtown Toronto.
