The property was fine for what I needed. Access to the parking area and front drop off was inaccessible and I had to walk through wet muddy grass to from where I was dropped off. I am not sure why.

I had to change my schedule to check-in later in afternoon. There was a convention (Anime) and there was no parking and a queue of at least 100 people for check in. Perhaps a separate team should have been checking in convention attendees and one line for others.

Stayed here since we had an early AM flight out of Pearson.
Pros: Check in went by quickly, the staff was pleasant, and the airport shuttle bus runs every 30 mins. Also some local eats within walking distance like Jack Astor's.
Cons: There is some construction going on around the property making it difficult to pull up to the hotel.
