Free breakfast was good, but sometimes it was impossible to get to the table. When you have a huge group, the line was too long.

Always busy business hotel. Key points are free shuttle bus from and to Shinagawa train station and the Free breakfast including. Check-in and out system are computerized, so if you are not familiarized their system you would need assistance to check-in and out. Before 6:30am opening the restaurant, people are lline up to get their breakfast. It is the basic business hotel but good enough to sleep comfortably and get free breakfast. If we don’t have time to eat breakfast on site, you can make take-out meal by yourself.

Toyoko Inn uses Self-check-in system, they are intimidating and frustrating systems which I don’t like but now-a-day we can not avoid them anymore. Front desk staffs are very helpful and efficient to work any guests difficulty. The best business hotel we ever stay with good free breakfast included. Before 6:30am restaurant opening hour, it was already more than 40 peoples were line-up to eat breakfast. It is very good free breakfast.

Staff and service were excellent.. There’s even a hotel bus that takes you to Shinagawa station everyday for free. Free Breakfast was good.

Very friendly staff, convenient to all transport, near to monorail station, and other stations and buses.

Easy check-in and check-out, helpful staff at the reception, good breakfast buffet. Great location near the train station. Only one ride from the hotel to Haneda airport, very convenient. Also, walkable to the boardwalk park. The only downsides were the room was small, the bed and pillow were hard, but will do if staying there for a night or two.
