unique about this hotel is it has a 2 in 1 washer/dryer in the room, and which make travelling life so much more convenient
it would be almost perfect if the room size could be larger

I read the reviews before booking and there were people saying the rooms are small I am 6’3 and was very comfortable. The location can’t be beat and the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Shout out to the manager I wish I had a boss like him

Every where we wanted to go was both walkable or a short train ride.

Tokyu Stay is in a prime location right near Shinjuku san-chome train station and retail establishments. Staff was generally helpful. Breakfast buffet was just okay. No complimentary water. Room pretty small.

Everything is fine
Lucky that I was staying in the biggest room of the floor, but still the room is a bit small
Room is very clean, but improvements on the details are required.
